1. Service Overview
IMDM provides access to a WhatsApp Meta Verified panel that enables businesses to send messages through Meta’s official infrastructure.
2. Meta Compliance
All messaging services are subject to Meta (WhatsApp) policies and guidelines.
Users must ensure that their content complies with WhatsApp Business policies.
IMDM is not responsible for message rejection, restriction or account suspension due to policy violations
3. Payment Terms
Platform/Portal fees are charged as per selected plan (1 year, 3 years or 5 years).
Messaging charges (₹0.86 + 18% GST per message) are directly payable to Meta via Debit/Credit Card.
All payments made to IMDM are non-refundable.
4. Account Responsibility
The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Any activity performed through the account will be considered authorized by the client.
5. Number & Verification
WhatsApp numbers used must be new and not previously registered on WhatsApp.
Meta verification approval is subject to Meta’s internal review process.
6. Service Limitations
IMDM does not guarantee message delivery rates, as delivery depends on Meta policies, user behaviour and network conditions.
Temporary downtime may occur due to server maintenance or third-party service issues.
7. Renewal & Termination
Renewal charges apply after the subscription period ends.
IMDM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse, spam or policy violations.
